Another name for this pagoda is Do Son tower, this is a temple built during the LY Dynasty (from 1010 to 1225). Located on the top of Ngoc mountain, is the resting place of 20 bronze statues with an estimated weight of over 20 tons lying neatly in the Tam Bao house.

Mo Pagoda is the place to worship Quynh Tran Princess, the daughter of Tran Thanh Tong. This is the person with great merit in civilizing the land of Kien Thuy, Hai Phong. In 1283 (Quy Mui), princess Quynh Tran asked her father, King Tran Thanh Tong, for permission to take refuge and ordination in the Buddha's place, and the king agreed.

In 1991, Mo pagoda was recognized as a national historical and cultural relic. At the same time, this ancient rice tree is also recognized as a heritage rice plant of Vietnam.

When you come here on New Year's Eve, you will encounter the main festival (January 6-8 of the lunar calendar every year).

Cao Linh Pagoda is a temple with a massive and unique architecture of the first class in Hai Phong. In history books, it is clearly recorded that this temple was built by the Le Van family of Ha Lien village about 300 years ago. The main architectural style of Cao Linh Pagoda is Buddhist culture.

Currently, this temple is a place of religious activities and beliefs of a large number of local Buddhists as well as tourists from all over the country.

If you are knowledgeable about Vietnamese history, you probably also know that Nguyen Binh Khiem was the person who bravely denounced the 18 communal gods for treason and corruption, but was not accepted by the family. After that, he went back to his hometown to live in hiding, opening classes to teach, study history and write poetry.

There are many students of Nguyen Binh Khiem who have become poinsettias, famous generals such as Nguyen Quyen, Luong Huu Khanh, Phung Khac Khoan, etc.

When coming here on January 27-29 every year, you will be lucky to attend the main festival of the Trang Trinh Nguyen Binh Khiem temple relic site

Ba De Temple is located at the foot of Doc Mountain, with its back against the mountain, the door facing the sea, is one of the famous temples for its beauty and sacredness. De Temple was visited by King Tu Duc and conferred the title "Dong Nhac De Ba - Trinh Lord Lady".

The history of Pho Chieu pagoda was quite late, about 50s of the last century. That day, there was a monk named Ngo Chan Tu from Thai Binh who came here to reclaim, build and abdicate the temple.
Currently, Pho Chieu Pagoda also organizes many charity activities, donates blood, donates to support, builds houses of gratitude for families with difficult circumstances.

Being located in Dau island – Do Son district, Nam Hai Than Vuong temple (the General of Tran dynasty) is the prominent destination when visiting this area. Legend has it that he is the Saint who control and protect the island. Anyones who come to visit the island without respect or try to take away any small things such as leaves, tree branches will be punished.Midnight of 9th  Feb, all boats concentrate around the islands for praying. Any boats which is far away also must turn the bow to temple direction with wishing being protected by Nam Hai Than Vuong saint, coming good fishing season.
